For your peace of mind, we’ve included a marine-grade carbon monoxide detector, specifically designed for humid environments. We take immense pride in providing a professional and safe space where your pet will be pampered, with no “do-it-yourself” shortcuts.
Your Pet’s Health is Our Priority
To provide the best possible service, we require all new clients to submit their dog’s health records when booking the first appointment. It’s crucial for us to know about any pre-existing conditions, such as heart murmurs, seizures, or skin issues, that could affect the grooming process.
If your dog shows signs of significant distress at any point, we reserve the right to pause or stop the service to ensure their safety and the safety of our groomer. Should your pet’s health condition pose a significant risk for the requested service, we may, without penalty to you, decline to provide it.

We will never suggest a cut that could cause your dog pain or discomfort. We’re confident in guiding pet parents to select the ideal style and length for their dog’s coat, always taking its current condition into account.
We use only high-quality tools that are consistently well-maintained and kept sharp. You can rest assured we will never use dull clippers or unsafe tools. We are committed to gentle handling, meaning we will never pull, tug, or stretch your dog in a way that could lead to injury.
